Dear Valued D’style Customers:
D’style by Kimball Hospitality is committed to supporting our employees, community and customers, and we are grateful for your continued partnership and understanding during these unprecedented times. We have worked quickly to put our business continuity plans in place to minimize any disruptions to our day-to-day operations.
We have seen several states issue “stay at home” orders and we’re continuing to monitor these locations closely. Because we have customers in many of these states, we wanted to provide you an update regarding our operations.
We previously made the decision to temporarily close our Chula Vista, California warehouse, which distributes the D’style product across the United States. Based on the state of California’s specific directives, the Chula Vista facility will remain closed until the Governor’s executive order is lifted. We will continue to actively monitor and align with state and federal orders regarding business operations, and as always, will remain proactive and transparent in our communications.
In addition, our factory in Tijuana, Mexico is also under temporary closure, following Mexican Government’s specific directives. We will also continue to monitor and align with state and national orders regarding factory and manufacturing business functions, and advise you accordingly.
The health and safety of our employees remains of utmost importance, and we are continuing to take proactive steps to ensure our employees’ well-being while at work.
